with just 22 days until the election, a new cnn poll of polls has mitt romney leading president obama by one percentage point. now, that comes out to 48-47 and obviously, well within the margin of error, so it's a dead heat. but it's a significant reversal from a month ago when president obama was leading 49-46. you get the point. when you add it up, that's where you get the the margin. other polls show a dead heat. many of them have the president in the leading spot.
